Happy Talk Therapy, LLC is a therapist-owned practice seeking an experienced, Arizona-licensed SLP to provide virtual speech therapy services for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a 1099 contract position with a consistent caseload, access to Pearson assessments and teletherapy tools, and flexibility within school hours.

Candidates must hold a valid ADHS SLP license and ADE certificate. This role is not open to Clinical Fellows, though CFs nearing completion may be considered.

Hourly rate includes both direct and indirect services.

SLP's pay does not change if a client cancels. This is a school based virtual contract position and all hours for direct and indirect time will be compensated. 

Pay cannot be lower than above. $67/hr is offered for bilingual candidates. The current rate is $65/hr flat.

As this is a contract position, PTO is not included. Missed days unfortunately cannot be paid at this time.

• Knowledge of special education law and compliance (IDEA, FAPE, LRE)
• Experience with IEP development, including goal writing, progress monitoring, and service documentation
• Ability to write Prior Written Notices (PWNs) and contribute to evaluation and eligibility reports
• Confidence in leading and participating in IEP meetings, including facilitating team discussion
• Skilled in case management of speech-only students, including scheduling and paperwork coordination
• Clear, professional communication with families, teachers, and school staff
• Proficiency with virtual service delivery platforms, teletherapy tools, and digital documentation
