Median Pay and Range
Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
We do compensate for both direct and indirect time; however, we do not pay for client cancellations or absences. Indirect time compensation may have some restrictions based on specific circumstances, but our primary goal is to ensure our therapists are fairly compensated for their work.
Note also that the starting pay for therapy sessions is $86 per hour, and the evaluation rates for AAC do start at $80. While this may seem atypical, we believe it reflects the distinct nature of therapy and evaluation services we provide. Additionally, a comprehensive evaluation is reimbursed at $90.
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
If client cancels the SLP wont get compensated. But there is always room for make up sessions.
