Required Qualifications
State licenses: Ohio Department of Education as necessary.
CCCs required: Yes
Other required qualifications:
Meet the health standards of the Ohio Department of Health, if required as a part of a specific clinical assignment (ex. preschool, school contract).
Physical requirements: must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, must be able to sit on the floor to interact with young children for extended periods of time.

Schedule
This is a salaried position and does not require you to clock in or out. Our clinics are open Monday through Thursday 8:30am–6:30pm and Friday 8:30am–2:30pm. Hours worked are flexible but two later days are required. Most clinicians choose to work slightly longer hours Monday through Thursday and shorter days on Friday.
Additional Work Hours
Attend a community event 1x/year.
PTO
Accrued PTO that accrues from day 1 with 4.31 hrs/pay period for a maximum allotment of 112 hours for a 40 hour work week. PTO accrual increases at 3 years and 6 years.
Bereavement up to 3 days.
Extended illness accrued for an extended paid sick leave.
Holidays
We are closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Clinic closes with paid days Christmas Day through New Years Day.
