Brightside Speech Therapy is a new in-home and in-school speech therapy clinic that serves families in Contra Costa County (San Francisco Bay Area). We are growing rapidly and are excited to add personable, motivated pediatric speech therapists to our team. We specialize in early intervention services but are open to a wide range of skills and experiences. Candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside our founder to shape company culture, grow into leadership positions, and build a best-in-class therapy team. New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive one-on-one mentorship and collaboration. Full and part-time positions (20 hours per week) available.

Pay is determined based on years of experience as an SLP and specialized training (e.g. feeding, AAC, etc.)

Clinicians will have an annual review at their anniversary each year to discuss performance, employee feedback, career goals, and raises.

401(K) with Employer Matching—Eligible after 3 months working at the company. Employer matches 100% for the first 1% of employee contributions and 50% the next 5% of employee contributions.

In-home/daycare including the following cities: Alemeda, Oakland, Berkley, Richmond, Albany, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, San Pablo

Ongoing schedules varies based on individual client needs. Schedule hours fall between clinic hours Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm. Clinician may choose from the following options:

• Traditional Hours (8 hours, 5 days a week): 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm
• 4/10s (10 hours, 4 days a week): 8am–6pm

15 days (120 hours) that will be accrued per paycheck. PTO rolls over each year up to 40 hours.

Minimum of 20 billable/therapy hours per week for full-time employees.

Yes, caseloads are typically 24–25 billable hours per week, but SLPs are paid on a salary basis and receive pay whether or not they have client cancellations or a full caseload.

• Independence expected by 3 months, however, supervision and weekly meetings will continue throughout the clinicians CF to support learning and growth.
