Description
RS Speech is a boutique agency offering high-quality care to complex cases. Our students have been underserved by the school system, and our role is to provide them appropriate services. Our students often have a variety of needs, which makes working with them exciting as there are many target therapy goals, range for expressive, interceptive language, pragmatic skills, feeding, AAC, prompt, etc. We offer a high level of support to our clinicians and our intimately evolve in the plan of care and ensuring progress. Our students have been underserved for years and have been award at a bank of hours, which allows for flexible scheduling to meet the clinician and students needs.

No. No indirect time payment (minimal documentation), no pay for cancellations. Treatment only.
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
The SLP is only paid for direct services provided. Our students have received an award of a bank of hours, so the visits can range from half an hour to two hours, whatever works out for the clinician and the family and the student.

Schedule
The majority of the cases are after school hours, but occasionally it can be arranged for during school hours. The students are available on the weekends and on holidays as well. The schedule depends entirely on the clinician and the family.
