Connected 2 Therapy is seeking SLPs to provide speech services to students around the state of Utah during the 2025–26 school year! We offer competitive pay, give you flexibility and autonomy with your schedule, and value your professional opinion. You must have a valid USBE SLP license and be willing to work in person to be considered. We serve schools all around the state, with a majority being in Weber County, Salt Lake County and Utah County.

Hours are flexible, and caseloads vary by school. SLPs set their availability and are assigned according to how many hours they want. The company does its best to honor whether SLPs wish to work full or part time, but hours are not guaranteed. Pay for no-show clients determined on a case-by-case basis.

Schedules are based off the needs of the SLPs assigned school. SLPs will not be expected to work weekends or holidays.

Supervision if applicable

If SLP is taking a personal, PTO, or sick day, SLP must communicate with their contact at the school to let them know they will not be providing services on that day(s). If PTO is for extended period of time, SLP must communicate with management 2 weeks in advance in order for management to find adequate coverage.

SLPs get all major holidays off. SLPs follow school calendars.
