Description
We are hiring a licensed speech–language pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team for the academic year (August–June), with the option to participate in our summer intensive therapy programs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pediatric SLP who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration in a therapeutic school environment.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Full time, salaried employee pay does not change based on cancels. The caseload is expected to be scheduled and our front office staff can assist in making sure you have those spots filled.

Schedule
Crossway is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Fridays. SLPs are expected to work 40 hours during that time.
Additional Work Hours
Additional hours are not required.
PTO
Each employee at Crossway is given 3 sick days. The number of PTO days is based off of which schedule you follow. Clinic based SLPs generally receive 10 PTO days a year and school based SLPs generally get fewer due to have all school holidays off.
Holidays
Clinic based SLPs receive 6 paid holidays off per year and school based SLPs follow the school calendar for closure. All holidays are fully paid for full time/salaried employees.
Productivity Requirements
Speech–language pathologists are expected to provide treatment for 62 direct service sessions per week and 5–8 hours of administration hours per week.

Skills And Competencies
Minimum of 2 years of pediatric SLP experience (required)
Experience with AAC, feeding therapy, or school-based services preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
