Description
As a bilingual speech–language pathologist (CFs welcome to apply) you are asked to care for patients, families, and co-workers! In our welcoming and laid back office environment, we are searching for someone who will complete all of the direct care (i.e. sessions/parent education/evaluations) and indirect care (i.e. paperwork, session planning, etc.) that comes along with the role of a bilingual speech-language pathologist. Here are the details:
Our hardworking admin team puts in some serious hours to manage caseloads details (i.e. scheduling, billing, absences) so you can focus on your craft! There are no other responsibilities besides what is listed above.

CCCs required: Yes
Other required qualifications: ASHA CCCs required if you are post Clinical Fellowship. The fee for ASHA CCCs are covered by Whirlwinds Therapy if you complete your clinical fellowship with our team and decide to stay full-time.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
40 hour work week are guaranteed. Cancels and scheduling do not impact your pay. You are paid the same regardless of weekly schedule. Our pay system gives our therapist peace of mind to plan their life, the way they want to.
Pay Rate Determiners
Bilingual Clinical Fellows are paid a pay differential to our monolingual Clinical Fellows and receive $70,000–$75,000/year. Seasoned SLPs receive $80,000–$85,000/year.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM
Friday, 9 AM–12 PM is direct client care. 12:30 PM–3 PM is prep and paperwork. You are free to start your weekend early if you are all caught up!

Unlimited PTO: We just ask that you request two weeks in advance for scheduling purposes. Time off is so essential to our field and we encourage you to take time when you need it.
Separate Sick Days: 7 sick days are allotted each year to separate a sick day from a day of relaxation.
Holidays
Paid holidays and a week of paid leave at the end of each year to reset and relax.
Productivity Requirements
Our company has a no productivity requirement policy. Our admin team works hard on the scheduling and billing side of things so our therapists don't have to!
Caseload Cap
We cap our caseloads at 36, although the average caseload is typically 28–32.

Training program: A new SLP spends two-weeks on-boarding. The first week is spent getting to know systems and meeting your new families on your caseload. The second week is spent continuing to get adjusted to new families with assistance from a supervisor to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
