Description
We’re seeking a part-time Speech–Language Pathologist to join our mobile therapy team in Fort Worth, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own caseload, deliver high-quality therapy in a variety of settings, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams. This role is perfect for an SLP who values child-led, play-based interventions and is passionate about helping children reach their communication goals. Morning and afternoon hours are available.

$80–$90 per treatment hour; $100–$145 per evaluation; $30/hr for any meetings or trainings beyond initial onboarding; $20 per no show/late cancel

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
This is a 1099 contract position, paid per visit. SLP is only paid for direct sessions they see a client and $20 if a client no shows/late cancels.

Schedule
As a 1099 contractor, you determine your own schedule including specific days and hours worked. An ideal candidate would have afternoon availability at least 1 day per week, as well as morning time available to see our younger clients. Expect your schedule to fill more quickly if your travel radius to see patients includes Fort Worth, Burleson, and/or North Fort Worth areas.
Expect 4–10 hours of paid, direct therapy time per week.
Expect 192–480 hours of paid, direct therapy time per year.
