Description
We are seeking a full-time speech–language pathologist and Clinical Director to join our interdisciplinary team of BCBAs and OTs. Our practice is rooted in play-based and sensory approaches, with two clinic locations in San Carlos and one in San Mateo, as well as in-home and school-based services across the Peninsula.
This is a unique opportunity for a speech–language pathologist with at least 2 years of experience to lead the development of a speech and language program from the ground up. The Clinical Director will work closely with our founder and leadership team to design and shape a high-quality program aligned with our values of ethics, education, and family-centered care.
The role includes a blend of direct client services and 5–10 hours per week dedicated to program development and team collaboration. We prioritize work/life balance and offer flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to set their own hours and caseload preferences.
