Description
Dogwood Pediatric Therapy is currently looking for a fluent Spanish speaking pediatric speech pathologist interested in joining our award winning team! We currently have a full-time position available in our conveniently located North Raleigh office with a caseload of Spanish and English speaking children. The ideal candidate would be available Mondays through Thursdays, though you may choose to work Fridays, if desired.
We are looking for a therapist who is fluent in Spanish and eager to provide bilingual therapy, and experience and willingness to provide feeding/dysphagia diagnosis and treatment is a plus! Our preferred candidate will be able to provide effective, efficient, play-based therapy for early intervention through school-aged children, and be thorough and timely with documentation. You will be welcome to accept new referrals at any day and time, to grow your perfect schedule! If you are energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to make a difference, please contact Lori Hare for more information about our available position at Lori.Hare@DogwoodPediatricTherapy.com

Compensation
Pay per visit
Contract
$35.00 per 30 min. therapy session, $70.00 per evaluation
Informed Pay
$54–$54/hr
Median Pay and Range
If you want a lower caseload: To be at the $4500 monthly, an average week would be 32 sessions completed, which is ~16 hours of direct therapy time (32 sessions at 30 minutes each), and 1.5 – 2.5 hours documentation time, as documentation should only take 3-5 minutes per session (doc time is included in the PPV rate). The only difference is for evaluations, which take ~1 hour and documentation time varies based on therapist, but the compensation is higher, as noted, for evaluations. The above is also based on working 4 days/week.
If you want a higher caseload: A new therapist could very quickly and easily grow their caseload/pay. There is plenty of room in the current schedule, as well as referrals coming in, to grow! The sessions are not limited, and if a therapist wants to work and make more, even within a 4 day work week, it's very do-able!
Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
