On call weekend rotation (usually ~1x per month, Sat/Sun 8a–12p) for new/urgent feeding orders if working on inpatient units. If therapist comes in to see patient, time is paid at 1.5x so long as full core hours worked during week. Inpatient therapists also rotate holiday coverage.
