No, client availability does not impact the pay. This position is 40 hours per week.
Pay Rate Determiners
The rate could be lower if the applicant is inexperienced in school therapy. It could be higher for a bilingual therapist with CA residence.
Benefits
Stipends (taxed)
Our team receives $1.50 per worked hour as a tech stipend.
Reimbursements (untaxed)
We pay for the state licensing fee in the state where the employee is working.
Schedule
The SLP is expected to work during school hours. The school is a year-round school, and the school year will start early.
Additional Work Hours
If an IEP meeting is held after school hours, they would need to attend. We have monthly meetings once a month that might be outside of the working day, depending on the time zone of residence. We have game nights and other opportunities for meeting your team that might not be during school hours. These are not paid and are not mandatory.

Full-time employees receive 40–48 hours of sick time up front, depending on the number of hours they work each week.

Does the Contract Include a Non-compete or Non-solicitation?
Yes. We ask that they not go to work directly for the school that they are employed for during their time with us, either directly or with another company.
Clinical Fellowship
We would be open to a CF only if they've completed some of the CF already. We could provide 25% of the CF opportunity.
Our training program applies to all therapists:
We onboard with HR and then the therapist's team lead (an SLP). The therapist would have access to their team lead and team members for as long as they need. Our team lead meets with their team individually at least once a week as long as they need. If they no longer need it once a week, maybe they will meet every other week.
When the SLP begins assessing, they will meet with our Assessment lead who will help them with assessments. They are still encouraged to reach out to their team lead for assistance.
