About the role:

This role covers another employee's approved leave, providing approximately 30 therapy sessions weekly (30-, 45-, and 60-minute sessions) for 5–8 weeks, beginning early December with training. Afterward, there is an opportunity to transition to a full-time or part-time position, with potential for advancement to Senior SLP/Clinical Manager.

Every Mind Speech LLC is a boutique private practice dedicated to supporting autistic and neurodivergent children and their families in a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming environment. We seek a compassionate speech–language pathologist to join our small, personalized team and work closely with our founder. Our practice specializes in supporting gestalt language processors and neurodivergent communicators through trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of pediatric speech and language disorders, with an emphasis on family support. Sessions are held in a bright, private sensory clinic with an attached office. We value curiosity, professional growth, and neurodiversity-affirming care.

The SLP is only paid for direct services provided with documentation time. Visits can range from 30-60 minutes, and scheduling is based on what works for the clinician and family. Anticipated coverage of 25-30 sessions per week for 5-8 weeks, followed by a potential period of caseload building that could impact pay depending on employment status.

This is a position to cover another employee's approved leave time, that can translate into a part-time or full-time position afterward. If you choose part-time afterward, we're hoping for at least 10 sessions per week to be covered.

Visits are typically scheduled between the hours of 9:00am–6:30 PM Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays. Some additional travel is required to surrounding areas within a 20-minute radius of the clinic, and a small number of Telehealth visits can be conducted from the dedicated office space.
