Description
We are a small, clinician-owned clinic in practice for almost 20 years. We believe in neurodiversity-affirming practices, play-based and child-led therapy, family involvement, and community outreach.
We provide high-quality therapy, which allows us to support families within our community. We value work-life balance for our highly trained, compassionate staff, resulting in the best treatment outcomes for patients. We encourage therapists to pursue their own specialties based on personal passion and experience. Our therapists are salaried, so we do not have minimum billable hours. Therapists earn bonuses for achieving billable hours goals—when the clinic makes more money, therapists make more money. Paperwork time is built into the schedule, so therapists don't have to take work home or work off the clock.

Therapists have two 30-minute breaks daily (one before lunch and one after) as well as two 90-minute blocks of time per week. Therapists can expect that one block will be used for a new patient evaluation and the other will be used for paperwork.

Skills And Competencies
Service Oriented: We are here to help as many families as possible and our therapists need to have that desire too. We are not here to simply check boxes—we are here to change lives!
Coaching: Therapists work closely with families and need to feel comfortable providing feedback and HEPs about how caregivers can support their kids.
Flexibility: Therapists need to be ready to pivot when the perfectly planned art project gets thrown against a wall. Kids are unpredictable and it's our job as therapists to roll with it and find a new way to connect and build skills.
Time Management: Timely completion of SOAPs, evaluations, and progress reports is important to avoid overwhelm and burnout.
Personality: We're a small clinic and we spend a lot of time together! We like to have fun, laugh, and form friendships that generalize to ADLs.
Experience: Therapists with more than three years of experience preferred.
