Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
Hourly rate is paid per billable hour. An additional 45 minutes (paid at normal rate) is added to each day to account for documentation, session planning, and communication with families. An additional 60 minutes (paid at normal rate) is added for each evaluation to account for report writing.
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
SLP will be paid for canceled visits.

Schedule
We're looking for an SLP who can do 8–16 hours per week.
The schedule is flexible. There are no specific times the SLP is expected to begin or end their day.
Additional Work Hours
May request SLP participation in tabling responsibilities at community events. Time will be compensated.
PTO
SLP will be eligible for 40 hours of sick time per year, accruing 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
Holidays
SLP is not expected to work on holidays. Holidays are unpaid.

Caseload Cap
Caseload caps are determined by each individual SLP.

Parental leave is unpaid.
Skills And Competencies
Strong knowledge of speech sound disorders, language delays, and language disorders. Looking for strong clinical writing, passion for working with young children, and comfortable communicating with parents and teachers.

The position includes a non-solicitation clause. The SLP is not permitted to bring clients with them if they were to leave the practice.
