Description
Gulfsouth Autism Center is a multidisciplinary clinic which staffs Speech, Occupational, and ABA therapists. We are looking for a compassionate SLP who is dedicated to providing play-based, neurodiversity affirming speech, language, and feeding therapy to children ages 2–6. $500 per year for CEUs, Licensure, etc.

Materials are paid for by company. Travel is reimbursed for mileage and any tolls.
Schedule
Clinic hours are 7:30am–3:30pm; However, therapists make their own schedules and are able to flex hours as needed. Up to 10 work from home hours are allowed per week.

Holidays
Closed for 13 holiday days per, year. 10 days paid, 3 days unpaid (Therapist typically use PTO).
Productivity Requirements
75% productivity (30 hours per week).
Caseload Cap
35 client cap; however average caseload is 15–25.

CF supervision provided: Yes
Training program: CF's are provided with trainings specific to the autism population throughout their fellowship year. CFs are expected to be at full caseload within 2 months of starting. We expect CFs to be mostly independent within 6 months; however, supervisors are always available for assistance and questions. Supervision at this site will be both virtual and in-person.
