Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Therapists are paid in full if a client cancels within 48 hours of their session. Weekly hours are not guaranteed, though therapists are free to schedule make-ups if a client is going to be absent. Pay/sessions are not guaranteed for school holiday periods, though steady work is available during the summer months.
Pay Rate Determiners
Pay rate is experience dependent. We are open to mentorship (it is hard to know everything!). So if a therapist would like to take on a case that is slightly out of their comfort zone and needs some support, then the lower rate would apply.
