This job opportunity through CareStaff Partners is for the Katy Independent School District near Houston, TX, for the 2025–2026 school year. Starting immediately, with 3–5 day/week positions available!

If contracted for full time, 7.5 hours per day/ 37.5 hours per week are guaranteed, outside of predetermined days off in the school calendar and school closures. 

Based on experience. CareStaff Partners takes into consideration the district salary schedule and works within the school's budget to fill as many of their roles as possible to assist in fully staffing them and making sure that students receive services they need and deserve!

Benefits are available to those in contracts for 30+ hours per week. However we do still customize and individualize all of our part-time employees' compensation packages and its always best to discuss with recruiter what is most important to you, in order to get the best overall personalized pay package.

37.5 hours per week guaranteed hours.  Hours are determined by specific school site assignment and set by the district. As there are multiple positions available, start/end times may vary. Katy Independent School District.

Any overtime hours require prior approval. CareStaff Partners values our employees time and want to make sure they are compensated appropriately.

We advocate for manageable workload versus a specific caseload number as there can be a lot of factors that determine workload versus caseload.
