Description
Henderson Pediatric Therapy, located in Henderson, Kentucky, is searching for our next full-time speech–language pathologist. We have assembled a group of caring pediatric speech therapists who are committed to making the lives of our clients and families better. We serve a population primarily from birth to school age, in the home or natural environment. Located in Western Kentucky, we proudly serve Henderson and the surrounding counties through early intervention, Medicaid, private insurance, and private pay options.

Skills And Competencies
We are searching for a candidate that can provide direct client care in the home or community with skills in treating a population from birth to six years old. We often see young children with a variety of conditions, including language delay, autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, hearing loss, and other developmental differences. Early intervention experience is not necessary; clinical fellows are welcome to apply.

Schedule
This position is completely flexible regarding working hours, provided the employee is able to work a full 36 hours per week and provide documentation of working hours. For example, the SLP could choose to work four 9 hour days, three 12 hour days, or any combination of days and hours that fit their needs.

Initial hires are provided with 15 days (120 hours) of PTO, inclusive of holidays and sick days. Employees are allowed to work extra in order to make up for time off if they choose not to use PTO for a particular absence.
Holidays
Included in 15 days PTO are six paid holidays. Employees are not expected to work on holidays and can adjust their schedules around holidays as needed.
Productivity Requirements
Yes, employees who are salaried at 36 hours per week are expected to perform at least 36 visits per week (50% productivity expectation).
