Description
Bloomer Health is a therapist focused Early Intervention agency that uses an innovative, digital platform built by therapists, for therapists, to modernize and reduce time spent on non-clinical tasks. We actively support therapists from behind the scenes to ensure smooth delivery of services. Therapists will work with a child and their family (parent, caregiver, guardian) in a home or community based setting, and will utilize family coaching and routines based intervention to address delays in communication, speech, and language development.
Sessions are prescribed from one to five times per week, for 30 or 60 minutes. Therapists are able to create their own schedule and workload based on availability and preference.
Therapists will have an opportunity to receive cases that involve feeding delays or disorders, with appropriate experience and interest.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Due to the nature of EI, we cannot guarantee a certain amount of hours, but can guarantee constant case outreach and administrative support to therapists.
Also, the SLP's pay changes when a client cancels for any reason, per NYS reimbursement rules. However, the SLP has two weeks to provide make up sessions and therefore provide the missed service.
Pay Rate Determiners
Pay will not be any higher or lower than what is listed above, unless reimbursement rates in NY state change program-wide. We provided a range that is dependent on a therapist's experience working with the EI population, as well as general experience in the field. For clinical fellows, we offer $50/30 minute session and $70/60 minute session to account for supervisory pay. For recent grads or those with limited experience, we offer $56/30 minute session and $83/60 minute session. Those with more EI experience will be offered the highest rates.
