The district will provide prior experience credit for placement on the salary schedule at time of hire. The district also offers a 6% salary supplement to hard to fill position (including SLPs) and a 1.25% salary supplement for attaining a masters degree. Added duty addenda opportunities are available.

SLPs shall be on duty for a combined total of 60 minutes before and after the student day, exclusive of the duty-free lunch period unless specifically excused by supervisor.
Additional Work Hours
A faculty meeting or professional development will normally be scheduled no more often than twice per month and not exceed the student day by more than one hour and fifteen minutes (1.25 hours). So long as their personal schedules allow, SLPs are expected to give precedence to education-related District meetings. SLPs shall be expected to attend one open house per year unless the member has a legitimate reason to be excused.
