Willow Tree Therapy is seeking a neurodiversity affirming speech–language therapist to join our team! We are a Los Angeles based pediatric private practice primarily specializing in early intervention. We currently serve families throughout Los Angeles. This is a flexible position that will allow the clinician to build their own schedule near their own residence, anywhere in Los Angeles!

Given that this position is paid per visit, and allows for flexible scheduling (allowing the clinician to create their own schedule and take on as many clients as they would like), the hours are not guaranteed. However, for SLPs who are wanting a full caseload of at least 20 sessions per week, we have historically been able to reach that number within one month of employment.

Team meetings, but these are paid.

Team members accrue paid sick leave hours that can be used at their discretion with no cap on usage per year (in accordance with California policies). One hour earned for every 30 hours worked
