Description
Willow Tree Therapy is seeking a neurodiversity affirming speech–language therapist to join our team! We are a Los Angeles based pediatric private practice primarily specializing in early intervention. We currently serve families throughout Los Angeles. This is a flexible position that will allow the clinician to build their own schedule near their own residence, anywhere in Los Angeles!

Median Pay and Range
Pay depends on how many clients you serve. But expected annual salary is $100,460 for full-time employees (30 average weekly sessions for 50 weeks of the year, 2 weeks of unpaid vacation).

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Given that this position is paid per visit, and allows for flexible scheduling (allowing the clinician to create their own schedule and take on as many clients as they would like), the hours are not guaranteed. However, for SLPs who are wanting a full caseload of at least 20 sessions per week, we have historically been able to reach that number within one month of employment.
