Description
Under the direction and support of the Director of Special Education, our speech–language pathologist (SLP) plays a vital role in delivering diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and hearing challenges. Your work will empower students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally by developing their communication skills through targeted instruction and support. As a valued member of our educational team, you'll collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to design strategies that help students overcome communication barriers and unlock their full potential.

Starting at $74,272.75 with no experience (year 1) and between 0-44 continuing education units. Max is $130,680.15 with 25 years of experience. SLP may be initially placed on the highest step of 13 at $118,999.39 when verified experienced and education.

Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:15am to 3:35pm. Our speech–language pathologists follow our teachers' schedule and work 186 days of the year.
Additional Work Hours
IEP meetings, 504 meetings if necessary. Will be compensated if past CBA stated hours.
PTO
Personal/Sick Days: 10 days every school year. Rollover applicable and transferable between school districts.
