Looking for an experienced leader to join our established team as a Clinic Director/SLP! Our Clinic Director will work closely with the clinic owner, running the day to day operations of the Overland Park clinic and managing staff, while maintaining a small caseload for therapy.

PTO
PTO, personal, and sick days are combined in one with about 2.5 weeks given up front per year. Staff must request PTO with two weeks notice and have it approved.
Holidays
Salary position paid the same all year: Closed for 3 days over Spring Break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, and New Years Day.
Productivity Requirements
This position will have 15 hours of therapy on their schedule per week.

15 hours will be the max on this caseload

Qualifications
Skills And Competencies
5+ years experience as an SLP preferred
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and rapport building skills required
Experience with billing and scheduling preferred
Required Qualifications
State licenses: Kansas and Missouri (due to teletherapy services)
CCCs required: Yes
