Nutrio Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, play-based speech–language pathologist to join our team! We provide in-home therapy that is child-led, relationship-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. No paid cancellations. We currently have a waitlist to fill some initial spots and will assist in building the caseload to the desired number, though this may take a few weeks. Training/onboarding will be paid at $30/hr from the beginning.

Pay will be based on experience, specialty, and caseload availability. Experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing and/or DIR/Floortime will also be considered.

This is an independent contractor role, so the SLP will be responsible for setting their own schedule. An ideal candidate will be available to see 20–30 patients a week, though different availability will be considered.

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children
• Experience in play-based, child-led interventions
• DIRFloortime training/experience preferred
• Pediatric feeding/swallowing experience preferred
