Description
Come join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team! We are a growing pediatric practice consisting of SLPs, OTs, and mental health professionals seeking a passionate SLP who loves working with children! We assess and treat children that range from 1–21 years old, with a variety of speech and language disorders. We provide an extremely supportive, positive work environment for all employees. Skills And Competencies
Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric clients to evaluate speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific communication needs.
Provide speech therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and healthcare professionals to support client progress.
Maintain accurate documentation of client care and treatment outcomes.
Stay updated on advancements in speech-language pathology and pediatric care.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Pay does not change if a client cancels or if caseload is not full. Our SLPs are paid biweekly and the 40 hours a week is guaranteed.
Pay Rate Determiners
The lower end is for Clinical Fellows and the higher end would be for supervising SLPs with many years of experience.

Clinical Fellowship

% of SLPs in company who are CFs: 1/5 SLPs currently on staff are CF's.
CF supervision provided: Yes
CF details: CF mentorship is individualized to the learning style and comfort level of the CF (frequency of meetings, type of feedback given, etc.).
Training program: New CFs observe all other staff SLPs treating for 1–2 weeks and then will start to build a caseload over time.
All new hires start with an 11 hour online clinical training. CFs have weekly meetings with their supervisor to discuss caseloads, questions, problem-solve client difficulties, etc. SLPs are expected to reach independence during the last 3 months of their CF.
