Private Practice: Pediatric
Description
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated part-time speech–language pathologist (SLP) to work with children ranging from early childhood through adolescence at our small boutique private practice! The ideal candidate will be dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families, while working mostly independently. Therapy will take place in our dedicated office space with access to toys and assessment materials. Key responsibilities will include providing speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of speech and language disorders, including speech sound disorders, language delays, social communication difficulties, and pediatric feeding disorders.
This is starting as a part-time position, with up to 10 hours of work per week, with the opportunity to grow your caseload if you would like. We want this to be a job YOU love and that works with your schedule, so you decide how many clients you see in a day and when you take your breaks.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
The SLP is not paid for cancellations or when the caseload is not full. They will have the opportunity to reschedule cancellations for make-ups and build a caseload to however full they want it to be.

Schedule
Looking for Monday or Friday availability to start, however the contractor can set their own hours. They can decide how many kids to see per day and when they want their breaks or documentation time to be.

None. If the SLP needs to take a day off, they can reschedule or cancel clients themselves.

No, we are closed on major holidays and holidays are unpaid.

Parental Leave Policy
Parents are encouraged to take the full 12 weeks of leave. Leave is unpaid.
Does the Contract Include a Non-compete or Non-solicitation?
Yes, we ask for SLPs to not attempt to transfer clients to their next job, but we will not enforce a non-compete.
