Description
This role is extremely flexible and personalized to the individual SLP. As a practicing SLP and the owner, I fully believe in a true work-life balance where you do not burn out from increased productivity expectations. I also fully believe in being paid well for your education and expertise. I am seeking an SLP who is passionate about helping children with speech, language, and communication challenges. I pay full-time benefits, with part-time hours.

Full pay for 32 open hours. Paid for direct and indirect time. Can leave the office if no clients are present or there are cancellations.

$80,000 is for full-time (32 hours a week) and includes paid holidays and PTO. Pay is negotiable and can be higher based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
Hours are very flexible and can be personalized to the employee. Current full-time SLP works 8:30am–5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break Monday–Thursday. Can leave when no clients are present or with cancellation. Can move clients to a different time or day if needed for vacation, sick day, etc.

PTO
PTO includes 64 hours. If not making up the hours or rescheduling clients, will be considered PTO. If all clients are able to be seen within the week, no PTO is required to be submitted. PTO is requested through the company.
Holidays
Federal holidays are paid.
Productivity Requirements
None. Bonuses based on productivity.
Caseload Cap
Caseload cap is determined individually, and will be agreed upon when starting the position.
