Description
We are looking for a full-time SLP to fill our growing client base. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fun therapeutic atmosphere in collaboration with Occupational Therapists. We would love to see you join our fun team!
Responsibilities: Conduct formal and informal pediatric speech and language assessments for a variety of diagnoses.
Design and provide 1:1 highly-skilled therapy for children presenting with a range of needs including, but not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, stuttering, language delays, genetic conditions and other cognitive delays impacting communication development.

Skills And Competencies
A therapist must have at least one year of experience working with children. Experience outside of the SLP role will be considered.

Median Pay and Range
Pay depends on experience. Max hours are 39.75 a week and the rate is between $35–$50 per hour.
Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
Expected hours worked to be 39.75 per week. This includes client contact time along with administrative time. No work is expected to be done outside of scheduled hours. You will be paid for treatment, notes, evaluations, cancellations.
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Therapists are paid as long as they are in the building working. If the therapist leaves early then they can take PTO or take the time unpaid.

Schedule
This full time position will run Tuesday-Saturday. Two week weekdays would be 9:15–6:45 and two would be 10:00–6:45. Saturday is 7:45–1:00.
Additional Work Hours
All work should be done during scheduled time.
PTO
We offer 52 hours of personal time per year, 80 hours of vacation time and 24 hours of inclement weather time if our office closes because of the snow. Additional vacation hours are earned with seniority.
Holidays
We close for most major holidays. Therapists are paid for these days if their work schedule coincides with the day we close.
Productivity Requirements
For therapists that do one evaluation a week, it is expected that 79% of your caseload will be contact time with clients leaving 21% for administrative/non-billable time.
Caseload Cap
For therapists that do one evaluation a week, your maximum expected caseload would be 38 clients a week.
