Junction of Function is seeking to partner with an SLP seeking a full-time school-based setting in a successful charter school in Mascotte, Florida. If you enjoy working with children, are willing to learn, ambitious, and have excellent organizational skills, then we are looking for partners like you!  One of the hardest tasks of being a school-based SLP is scheduling and we have tools that will make this process easy.  

What you will do:

• Perform speech language pathology comprehensive assessments and triennial assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, fluency, and social communication abilities
• Develop (IEP’s) and goals/objectives based on qualifying eligibility of assessment findings and student needs
• Write daily SOAP notes to ensure your documentation meets Florida licensing standards
• Determine student’s strengths and weakness to help devise PLAAFP’s and goals and objectives in the areas of need (i.e. speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills. etc.)
