We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic speech–language pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat communication challenges in children—helping them find their voice and connect with the world around them. You'll be supported by a collaborative and caring team that values professional growth, creativity, and family-centered care.

Reimbursements (untaxed)
All treatment and assessment materials, $300 CEU reimbursement annually, state licensure, ASHA yearly dues, CPR certification, and mileage reimbursement for travel to any required off-site meetings.
Schedule
We currently offer two schedule options, either Monday–Friday 9:00-5:30, or 3 days 10:00–6:30 and two days 8:00–4:30. For the early day/late day option, the therapist can choose which days are their early days in collaboration with the company's needs.

PTO
Full time team members accrue 120 hours of PTO throughout the year, which can be used for vacation, personal, or sick leave. It's accrued based on the following formula: 2.53 hours per 40 hours worked. We offer anniversary increases of annual PTO at 3 years, 4 years, and 5 years. Team members request PTO using our online system.
Holidays
There are 8 paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it is observed on a Friday. If it falls on a Sunday, it is observed on a Monday.
Productivity Requirements
A full time SLP is expected to have 25–30 billable hours weekly (62.5–75% productivity) once fully onboarded (90 days). This productivity requirement is inclusive of evaluations and any time that is billed to a patient or insurance (e.g., late cancellations, no shows, meetings with related service providers).
Caseload Cap
A full time SLP's caseload is capped at 30 billable hours per week.

Parental Leave Policy
Kid Connections Therapy recognizes that a team member may need time off from work following the birth of a child or placement of a child for adoption or foster care. All regular full-time team members employed for at least 12 months are eligible to apply for a parental leave of absence. This leave must be taken within the first twelve months following birth or placement of the child.
