Description
Simply Speech Therapy is a pediatric private practice offering home and school based treatment for children with a variety of speech and language disorders/delays. We are looking for clinicians with experience in or a desire to grow in gestalt language processing and neurodiversity-affirming treatment.

Median Pay and Range
Median take-home pay for current SLP is $2000 per pay period (2 weeks) with 36 sessions weekly. Pay range is $43–$53/hour.
Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
No. Full hourly pay rate includes treatment sessions, evaluations, and documentation time (15 minutes allotted per session, 30 minutes per evaluation). Client last minute/no show cancellations base rate of $15. Mileage reimbursement is $0.60/mile. Mileage will vary depending on location of SLP's home and distance to client's homes/schools. For reference, current employee with 36 sessions weekly drove 1300 miles last month.
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
SLP is paid only when clients are available. SLP is paid $15 for last minute/no show cancellations.
Pay Rate Determiners
SLPs with more preferred trainings and experience will be on the higher range (GLP trained, AAC trained, pediatrics), and SLPs with less preferred trainings and experience will be on the lower range.

Schedule
Schedule is very flexible. Mondays–Thursdays, with optional Fridays.
This role is intended for 30 sessions (15 direct patient care hours) per week. This would include 7.5 hours of additional documentation time for a total of 22.5 direct paid hours, assuming full attendance. Last month, attendance rate was 88%. Year-to-date 76%. These percentages include clinician cancellations. Make up sessions are encouraged to close the gap.
