Where a candidate falls within the pay range will be determined by clinical experience, experience working within a neurodiversity-affirming framework, and leadership experience.

Schedule
40 hours per week. May be structured at five 8-hour days, four 9-hour days and a 4-hour day, or four 10-hour days. Will collaborate with employee to determine best structure.
You do not have to be present at the office when you aren't seeing clients.

Blume offers 14 paid holidays. This includes most federal holidays, plus the Friday after Thanksgiving and the days between Christmas Eve and New Years day.
Productivity Requirements
You will be scheduled at a 65% productivity rate, which equates to 26 hours of scheduled therapy per week. With cancellations, we expect that you will actually perform closer to 23 hours per week of therapy. Your pay remains the same regardless of how many sessions are held in a given week because the position is salaried.
