Inspire Connections Therapy is looking for a new therapist to join our team! We are a small multi-disciplinary practice that takes pride and supporting the child and their family. We celebrate every child’s strengths and tailor therapy to meet their unique needs—not society’s expectations. Our approach is built on connection, flexibility, and neurodiversity-affirming practices. We meet kids and families where they are at and strive to make a warm and welcome environment. The position is part time with the opportunity to move to full time as the caseload grows. We support a wide variety of age groups and goals. Additionally, we contract with the county early intervention team to provide evaluations and these evaluations have the opportunity to add additional hours to the SLPs position outside of the part time therapy hours. 

This is a part-time position. We're looking for someone who can work approximately 20 hours per week.

The hours and pay above are guaranteed. 

Pay will be determined by number of years of experience and additional trainings.

We are looking for 2 or 3 therapy days a week to start. The days are flexible. The SLP will need to be available until 6pm a minimum of 2 nights a week to support our after school clients.

The office is closed on most federal holidays and SLPs are not required to work these. Holiday pay is not provided to part time employees.

We aim to schedule SLPS at 80% productive (this includes direct treatment and any travel time needed).
