Loud & Clear Speech Therapy is a queer- and SLP-owned private practice based out of Seattle, WA, specializing in providing gender-affirming voice therapy to clients virtually all across Washington state. Occasionally, adult clients seeking other forms of speech-language services request services, and flexibility seeing these clients is a plus. This fully-remote, flexible position would be excellent for someone who wants to work part-time or supplement their current position with a few extra hours.

Unfilled cancelations are unpaid. There can be a slow on-ramp as the clinician builds their caseload, but I have a long waitlist if you want to hit the ground running!

Pay depends on experience. Pay per visit includes 45 minutes of treatment and 15 minutes of documentation per visit. 

1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked

Completely up to the clinician! Weekends and evenings are not a requirement, but some availability during these times will lead to faster caseload building as these are highly desirable times for clients.
