CommuniCAN Speech Therapy LLC is seeking a part-time pediatric speech-language pathologist with the availability for a caseload of 5–7 hours/week. The caseload has the potential to increase quickly as we are currently getting new inquiries on a weekly basis. We are offering flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate. This is an independent contractor position. 

We are looking for a passionate and responsible speech therapist who maintains a positive and energetic attitude. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate creativity and flexibility as well as a high level of organization. Must be proficient in behavior management and data collection and comfortable with family conferencing and providing education.

While this position primarily works with pediatrics, there may be opportunities to work with adults as well.

Please note: Candidates must be local to North Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, Paradise Valley, and North Phoenix areas of Arizona to be considered. In addition, they must have a flexible schedule and be able to work during after-school hours into evenings and weekends.

Client cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice do not receive pay, and client cancel less than 24 hours notice will receive partial pay. 

Since the SLP will be a contractor they will have a choice to accept the new client or not as it fits their needs.

The pay rate may be able to be higher based on more experience.
