Description

SpeechBuilders, LLC is currently hiring licensed SLPs for in-person roles in the Duval County School District for the 25–26 school year. Full-time and part-time positions available from 20–35 hours a week.

  • We are a therapist-owned and therapist-operated company. We’re a passionate, mission-driven team that believes in putting children and clinicians first. You’ll never be “just a number” here—you’ll be supported, respected, and treated like a professional.
  • We’re focused on quality over quantity—we don’t “fill seats". We build a team that works well together. You’ll be part of a passionate, handpicked team.
  • We pay you for ALL your time—direct and indirect services included.
  • Therapist-owned, therapist-led—we understand your day-to-day because we’ve lived it.
  • We offer exceptional administrative support and a collaborative environment—you get a dedicated support person for problem solving tough cases, billing help, brainstorming team engagement, and anything else you need—so you can focus on the actual job of helping kids! You get support from SLPs, not corporate recruiters.
