St. Mark's Therapy Center is therapist-owned and hiring for multiple speech–language pathologists in the school-setting. Positions are available through the Licking County ESC, Ohio in the following school districts:

• Franklin Local
• Newark City
• North Fork
• Licking Heights
• North Ridge

Candidate is able to choose most advantageous position/location and hours. Part-time and full-time hours are an option for all positions. Start time is ASAP. All positions are 1099, direct and all indirect services paid, and paid drive time (as applicable).

Hours subject to mild flexibility due to student absences and/or district inclement weather days (limit of 5 per school year). However, direct/indirect services are paid.

Experience

SLP to follow school schedule and calendar depending on placement. 

Full time: 32–40 hours per week; 1,152–1,440 per year

Part time: 20–31 hours per week; 720–1,116 per year

Franklin Local, Newark City, North Fork, Licking Heights, and North Ridge school districts

SLP expected to attend all meetings that are essential to the performance of their position. All indirect services (IEPs, meetings) are paid.

•  Provide speech and language services to school age students
•  Screens and evaluates language, communication skills, and hearing of students
•  Scores, writes, maintains communicative status reports
•  Gathers data concerning speech, language, and communication targets
•  Monitors and documents student progress
•  Part of the building team to write quality multi-factored evaluations (MFE) and individualized education programs (IEP) as needed
