Caseloads are built around local areas of provider so travel times and drive times are kept as low as possible.

Previous experience as a pediatric SLP .
Experience with play-based interventions preferred but not required.
Experience working with ASD preferred but not required.

$85,000 annually is the median take-home pay for your current full-time SLP staff, in this position and location

 

Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?

$20.00 non-billable rate for drive time, meetings, or other non-billable admin tasks
 

Client Availability and Impact on Pay

Clinicians can use flex time, which is paid at a billable rate, for advanced client cancellations; late cancellations and no-shows are always paid at a billable rate. Flex time is limited to no more than 20% of a clinician's total billable hours for the month (e.g. up to 24 hours of flex time paid at a billable rate for advanced cancellations when the provider works 120 billable hours for the month). For the first three months, full-time clinicians are paid a guaranteed minimum of 30 billable hours while they build their caseload.

Pay Rate Determiners

Clinical Fellow: $50.00 per billable hour. $20.00 non-billable 

Level One SLP (first year as a licensed SLP): $55 per billable hour. $20.00 Non-billable. 

Level Two SLP (at least one year of pediatric experience as a licensed SLP): $57.50 per billable hour. $20.00 non-billable.

Level Three SLP (at least two years of pediatric experience as a licensed SLP): $60 per billable hour. $20.00 non-billable. 

Benefits

For full-time employees (at least 28 hours per week), the following benefits are available:

Reimbursements (untaxed)

Reimbursement for state license, up to $350 annual reimbursement for professional development, access to business Amazon account for ordering treatment materials, $20 per hour for drive time

 

Quality

Schedule

Flexible schedule. Our full-time SLPs usually work 4–5 days per week and set their own hours. We are not open on the weekends. After-school hours are not required.

PTO

1 hour PTO (sick or vacation time) per 40 hours worked. Clinicians must provide a minimum of 3 weeks notice for planned vacation time. There is a limit of two consecutive weeks vacation time allowed; otherwise, there is flexibility around how much time off a clinician takes. Clinicians can take unpaid time off if they don't have enough PTO. 

Holidays

Holidays are unpaid. The company is closed for New Year's (January 1st), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day.

CF details: We are currently able to take on a new CF in September 2025
Training program: We have a SLP Clinical Growth Program, which ranges from the CF year to Level 3 SLPs. Each year in the clinical growth program has an in-service curriculum, which guides mentorship and support. The curriculum includes observable objectives and focused areas for training. We use case-based learning to guide our team meetings. CFs receive weekly observation. Level 1 - Level 3 SLPs receive a minimum of three observation hours per year. SLPs are also encouraged to observe other providers. All SLPs receive weekly mentorship meetings with the SLP Manager and monthly SLP team meetings.
