Description
Well Fed Feeding & Swallowing Therapy is a private practice that does feeding therapy differently. We believe that feeding therapy should be rooted in safety, connection, and fun—not pressure, compliance, or outdated protocols. We work with infants, children, and adolescents across a wide range of feeding needs, from bottle refusal to ARFID to mealtime meltdowns.
We’re trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, play-based, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Every session we deliver aims to empower families, support autonomy, and spark curiosity around food and communication.
We're seeking a part-time/PRN SLP.

You are the perfect fit if you are a thoughtful, motivated, and creative SLP who:
• Is passionate about helping children feel safe and successful around food and communication
• Has experience or strong interest in dysphagia and pediatric feeding disorder (PFD)
• Understands the power of relationship-based care and co-regulation
• Thrives working both independently and collaboratively
• Has values that align with connection over compliance
• Doesn’t mind following a child’s lead and getting a little messy during therapy sessions

Additional training/certifications, e.g. CLC, Get Permission Approach, AEIOU, DIR Floortime, or similar trainings encouraged—but not required
