Join The Learning Spectrum (TLS), where we provide individualized, naturalistic programming for children with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities. Schedule
Work Monday through Friday with a consistent school-based schedule, no nights or weekends required.
Additional Work Hours
Only after hour commitment is an open house at the beginning of the school year
PTO
PTO is prorated based on hire date. It is available following 60 days full time employment.
<5 years = 12 PTO days per year
>5 years = 13 PTO days per year
Four (4) sick days are awarded in July and an additional four (4) sick days are awarded in January.

Training program: We have one week of training for billing and scheduling. For CFs and recent graduates, we offer staggered starts with clients. Staff are expected to be independent with their position at least one (1) month after their hire date.
