We are looking for a compassionate and skilled speech–language pathologist to join our growing team. While this role has a strong focus on Early Intervention services for children ages 0–3, our ideal candidate is also comfortable working with pediatric and adult populations across a range of speech and language needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact through both in-office sessions at our Culver City clinic and in-home visits within the community.

Cancellations are unpaid. However, we do our best to match therapist availability with client demand and minimize cancellations through strong scheduling systems and communication. In cases of cancellations, time may also be used for report writing, which is billable at the regular rate.

• Sessions are typically 45 minutes, with 10–15 minutes scheduled in between to allow for travel.
• We see clients Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on the therapist’s preference. If the SLP has 30 hours available, there is flexibility in how those hours are distributed—for example, they may choose to work across 4 or 5 days, with start and end times tailored to their availability.
• Min 16 hrs weekly and up to 40 hrs. We'd ideally like someone available for 30 hours.

Major holidays

Minimum 80% productivity (i.e., 24 direct client hours for a 30-hour week). Evaluation time will be built into the schedule, and documentation is expected to be brief.
