Description
Speech–language pathologists wanted to join our growing team of SLP's to serve KATY ISD in the 2025–2026 school year.
Reach For Speech Language Services, a growing private practice led by an ASHA-certified, bilingual SLP who understands the heart and hustle of school-based work. We specialize in providing high-quality monolingual and bilingual speech-language services across Houston.
We partner with several school districts, and we’re looking for dedicated and amazing SLPs to join us for the 2025–2026 school year.
What You’ll Do:
Provide engaging, evidence-based speech-language therapy to K–12 students
Conduct comprehensive evaluations (monolingual and/or bilingual)
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Document progress in a timely, efficient way (we’ve got systems to help!)
May be required to attend ARD meetings

Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
Yes. Depending on school district and placement, 20–37.5 guaranteed hours for indirect and direct time.
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Pay is hourly with guaranteed hours depending on contract. Holidays and days off are not paid.
Pay Rate Determiners
Pay rate depends on experience, school placement, SLP vs SLPA and whether the therapist is bilingual or not.
Benefits
Completion Bonus up to $1000 for therapists who complete their contract.
Stipends (taxed)
Material Stipend- $120
Reimbursements (untaxed)
CEU reimbursement- up to $200 (per school year)

School hours, 20–37.5 per week work for the duration of school year.
