Description
Speech & Health is looking for thoughtful, collaborative speech-language pathologists to join our school-based team in the Denver Metro area. Skills And Competencies
Provide evaluation and therapy services that support students’ communication and academic success.
Deliver high-quality, individualized, and student-centered care.
Collaborate with school teams and contribute to IEP development.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers.
Support and supervise SLPAs when applicable.
Uphold ethical standards in all areas of practice.

Median pay is $50.50/hr, which for a full-time school year would be $70,069.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
The hours listed are guaranteed. There are several placements available, and the SLP will be matched with the placement that is the best fit for the geographic location, availability, and interest.
Pay Rate Determiners
Pay based on experience and languages spoken. Pay will be higher for more experienced SLPs who are fluent in another language. Pay will be on the lower end for CFs and very new clinicians.
Benefits
Simple IRA contributions, 2% of pay — in addition to quoted hourly rate.
QSEHRA — variable — in addition to quoted hourly rate.

Reimbursement for mileage if traveling between locations.
Schedule
Placements range from 7.5–37.5 hours per week. Expected work days and hours will depend on school placement but will fall within the assigned school calendar.
