Training program:

  • Weekly Scheduled Meetings: Regular one-on-one meetings to review caseloads, problem-solve, discuss documentation, and ensure the clinician feels confident and prepared.
  • Observations & Feedback: Direct observation of sessions, particularly early on, with constructive, strengths-based feedback. As the clinician grows in their role, observations become less frequent and more targeted to their needs.
  • On-Demand Support: In addition to scheduled meetings, the clinician will have access to additional support as needed—whether it’s a tricky IEP, a challenging evaluation, or just a confidence boost.
  • ASHA CF Requirements (and More): For CFs, we follow and exceed ASHA’s CF supervision requirements, offering far more than the minimum contact and observation hours.
  • Gradual Release of Responsibility: We provide more intensive support at the beginning of the placement and scale back as the clinician demonstrates competence and confidence—ensuring the clinician is never too overwhelmed and always growing.
