Description
Looking for SLPs who desire working with clients individually both in person and via telepractice. Clinicians get to choose the caseload type, schedule desired, and are paid for both clinical and administrative time including no-shows. Family training is paramount in this position as families attend with patients at every session, allowing clinicians to do parent training, caregiver support and provide their expertise and training to both the client and the family directly.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay
The clinician is paid for no shows, but not cancellations. Highly skilled admin team works to ensure caseload full.
Pay Rate Determiners
Pay is based on years of experience and years with the company. Do not just consider the hourly rate as we offer yearly bonus based on hours worked, extensive PTO and sick pay and a robust retirement program that adds up to $3–$4 dollars an hour more than the hourly rate.
