January 2026 start date! Pediatric speech–language pathologist opening! We are looking to expand our team to meet the growing need in Cherokee County. Our speech-only practice sees children from 9 months to 18 years with a heavy emphasis on evidence-based therapy and neurodiversity affirming care. Pay Rate Determiners
This rate is for therapists who have experience in a private-clinical setting, are available 5 days/week from 10AM-6PM, understand the basic functionalities of a digital EMR, and are not generalists.

Unused PTO hours are fully paid to employee on first paycheck following the anniversary.
Sick Leave:
One workweek per year, resetting on 1/1.
If beginning work in middle of year, then amount is prorated.
Holidays
We are closed between 8 and 10 holidays/year and all are paid.
Productivity Requirements
No requirements, however a set-schedule is in place where patients can be seen.
Caseload Cap
60 units/week with an expected-minimum 50 units (25 hours) to attend.

Skills And Competencies
Experience in Private Practice, Pediatrics, Gestalt Language Processing, Apraxia, AAC, Feeding Therapy.
Required Qualifications
State licenses: Georgia
CCCs required: No
Other required qualifications: Cannot have any negative marks on clinical history. We are a transparent and ethical practice. Any Medicaid or billing fraud issues will immediately be dismissed.

CF supervision provided: Yes
Training program: In depth supervision with other SLPs. Minimum 2 hours of face/face interaction per week. Every note is read and critiqued by SLP. CFs never start with a full caseload, and typically build their caseload from scratch.
