Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?

Most hours are paid:

  • Set weekly schedules ensure hours are guaranteed.
  • You're paid for both direct and indirect time.
  • You're paid for cancellations. However, therapists are asked to clock in late (for initial morning cancellations) or clock out early (for afternoon cancellations), so some cancellations will impact pay.

Client Availability and Impact on Pay

  • As above, some cancellations impact pay. Therapists are asked to clock in late (for initial morning cancellations) or clock out early (for afternoon cancellations).
  • At initial hire, there will be no delay in building caseload. However, if the therapist needs to be credentialed through insurance (not applicable for CFs), there will be a credentialing delay that will delay us being able to pay you or you take on a caseload.

Pay Rate Determiners

Years of clinical experience and additional specialty certifications.

Detailed information regarding the Ladders Program and applications may be obtained from the Director.
