Description
Come join our dynamic Pediatric Therapy Team at Capital Kids. You will be able to enjoy your time providing Speech-Language services to children and families with a variety of diagnoses. We treat children from birth to 22 with the majority being in the preschool–elementary age. Your caseload will allow you to use a variety of skills from articulation and phonology, expressive-receptive language, social, feeding and AAC. CFY candidates are encouraged to apply. Full Pay Rate for All Hours Worked?
No. Cancelled sessions mid-day are subject to differential pay rate (65% rate). If client cancels mid-day, clinician is expected to use the time productively by writing notes, cleaning the clinic or developing treatment activities. If a client cancels for the first or last sessions for the day, clinician is expected to start/end their day sooner.
Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Weekly hours are subject to change depending on client cancellations. Office Manager is responsible for all scheduling, though clinician requests for schedules changes may be approved by the owner.

Schedule
Flexibility for clinician's availability. Option for Monday–Friday, 10 hour or 8-hour shifts. Up to 40 hours/week paid time. Up to 2080/year paid time.

After introductory period (90 days), accrue time based on hours worked up to 80 hours. 2nd year of employment up to 112 hours, 3rd year of employment up to 120 hours.
Requests for PTO in writing (email accepted) at least 2 weeks prior to time off
Holidays
Company paid holidays are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus or Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Up to 8 hours paid for holidays.
Productivity Requirements
No requirements however, schedule is made with ~80% rate (direct client to documentation/prep time).

Training program: Onsite CF Supervisor with weekly 1:1 supervision meetings. Supervisor and CF will work together to find 30 minutes of observation of clients in addition to supervision meetings.
