Client Availability and Impact on Pay
Pay will fluctuate based on the number of clients seen each week. Employees are still paid during cancellations/no shows, but are are expected to complete documentation and other required nonbillable tasks during this time with a goal of 70% billable hours. Billable and nonbillable time is paid the same. The current caseload available is 30 clinical hours/week. If all sessions were completed that week, the employee could be paid for up to 42 hours and stay within the 70% billable goal. Typically, 26 hours of billable time occurs after cancellations, which would mean an employee could be paid up to 37 hours to meet the 70% billable goal. More sessions can be (easily) added to increase hours. If an employee needed more hours, our scheduling team would prioritize adding clients to their schedule.
Pay Rate Determiners
Pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
Generally, we offer clinicians flexibility in scheduling, however this is an existing caseload that we hope to have covered with the least amount of disruption to the current schedule. Current hours are:
M = 12:30–6:30
Tu = 10:00–7:00
W = 12:00–6:30
Th = 10:00–6:30
F = 12:30–6
Lunch breaks and paperwork times are scheduled during these hours. Additional paperwork can be completed anytime from home or from the clinic.
Additional Work Hours
None required
PTO
PTO is accrued based on hours worked up to 2 weeks (80 hours) per year. Time off must be approved by the clinical director. Therapists have the ability to reschedule sessions to accommodate appointments/childcare needs, etc without approval, but anytime sessions will be cancelled, approval is required.
Sick time is accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked in accordance with Colorado law.
Holidays
The clinic is closed on 7 holidays. Holidays are unpaid, but therapists can use their PTO if they want to.
Productivity Requirements
We have a 70% productivity goal. If you are considerably lower in your billable hours vs. non-billable hours, a meeting will be held with the team lead to identify a plan of increasing your billable time. Billable time is a major consideration for hourly rate increases at annual reviews.
Caseload Cap
No, therapists choose how many clients they would like to have on their caseloads and our scheduler works to maintain that number.
Dedicated Space
Yes: shared office with others

Paid parental leave can be taken through the Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program.
